Michelle Paris is the owner of Adventure in Wine. She is a Sommelier and wine educator based in Toronto. She is also a Certified Ambassador of the Academy of Wines of Portugal. She has travelled in the region and has judged the Portuguese National Wine Awards. She is currently working towards her Master of Wine designation. Ryan Opaz is our local guide. He is the CEO of Catavino, a company that specializes in wine and culinary tours in Portugal and Spain. He has been knighted by the Port Wine Brotherhood. Having lived in Spain and Portugal for the past 13 years, he has intimate knowledge of the Portuguese wine regions and its people.
